If you visit Umbria, a visit to Orvieto is a must. Hilltown with finular to take you up to the hieghts. Doumo as spectacular as the one in Siena ( city was Summer residence for some popes)Many wine underground ( in caves)
wine cellars dot the town.

Would recommend Trattoria Di Etruria, best minestrone soup I have( and probably will ever have)
