Planning last minute MR & 7 day vaca via Pisa to Tuscany/Umbria regions with car. Went last Feb to Florence & Rome with an all too short taste of Tuscany.

Looking for recs on country inns/agritourismo, well located for day trips and dinners. Also "local" restaurants (nothing in Foder's!), sights not in guidebooks, etc. Grazie!
