Naturally I didn't receive a call back. Meanwhile IC Chicago reached out to Ambassador services, which they confirmed for me yesterday. This morning I received a call stating 1. IHG now 'officially' doesn't disclose the qualification requirement - it's the top 1% whatever it means, 2. I didn't even qualify based on the original requirements - which is not true, as manual recount would reveal that I did - this was ignored, 3. this is just a courtesy call - I reminded her that I was promised to receive a call back.
That's it, I'm finished with this program - I'm not starting again to build up the stays again - I was willing to maintain or adjust based on new, solid requirements.
I enjoyed the status for 4 months - pretty ridiculous, I don't know any other program where they can cut you this short for a status...
