Well, I always fly to FCO, but since it's my final destination I have never paid attention to VIP lounges' location (after all I never pay attention since I'm a couch flyer, no status holder).
I remember most part are located in the departure zone of the airport (the upper floor) and within a walking distance depending on which terminal (B or C) you'll arrive.
