I am not too familiar with the history of NRT, but why is it a hub for US carriers, especially Delta? How can the low quality and high cost of US carriers compare with Asian carriers in servicing Asian destinations?
Many first-time U.S.-based passengers may not know that the Asian carriers offer much better service, or perhaps UA or DL offers a non-stop from their hometown.
