Posted this question in another thread, but hoping that I would get answer here quicker.

Currently have AA award on hold for Japan Airline between SFO and KIX with a connection in HND.

SFO to HND arriving 5am, departing HND at 7:15am to KIX;
KIX to HND arriving at 22:25pm, departing HND at 00:05am for SFO.

I understand that I need to switch terminals at HND. Would there be sufficient time, especially on the return? Will the luggage be checked all the way through both ways?
