First I was told $2.50 charge (WTH?!) and then cash only. I asked if they cash debit cards like KR (which charges a $3 fee) and she said yes, but only at the registers and only up to $200. Went to 7-Eleven and was told they don't sell MOs at all. I'll be in Pasadena the next few days and can check the Ralphs there and see if they have a different policy, but I'd rather not walk over there if cash-only is definitely a policy for the whole region.
