Nothing for ink bold so downgraded to ink cash.
Second renewal. $16k last year. First renewal retention bonus was 10k after $5k spend. (Did open an additional ink last fall - ink plus, albeit the plus was in a corporate name whereas ink bold was opened with personal tax ID)
@ed strategy made sense. Keep the bold and downgrade the plus so the plus can get churned but the plus isn't up for renewal for another six months so why pay the $95 right now if it's not necessary.
