Yes but rarely. As an MVPG usually battlefield, and the very last one to get bumped to F.

I have scored some nice ones - JFK - PDX last month and PDX - ATL in an INTL J 763.

But, as observers of the DL forum will note it appears that complimentary upgrades may be going away as DL tries to squeeze ever more out of their best customers.
