I was just in Nice in Dec. Stay at the Grand Hotel-Du-Cap-Ferratt. You can not go wrong, between Nice and Monaco, rooms are very nice, probably 300E per night, unbelievable view, never-ending pool down the cliff (get a picture, hard to describe). I have been to that area 4 times in the past 2 years, strongly recommend it.
