You can OJ the end point between UVF, PUJ, SKB, SXM and sometimes some more exotic ones* too. To get from one island to another is not that cheap though.

I saw OJ options on US stopover on OW.
For example
CDG-CLT (stopover)
MIA-SXM
SXM-BCN (via whatever US connections you can find)
Potentially helpful if you need to re-position to/from a third US city.
