The minimum connection time is 90 minutes, you seem to be 10 minutes over, and in practical terms you can get gate to gate in about 40 minutes or so. If on one ticket you are protected if you are late, if one two tickets it is a risk.

You best stay airside rather than going landside, and the short summary of how to do this is follow the purple Flight Connections signs for T3, and that will involve a bus from T5 to T3.

Have a look at the T5 connections guide in the Forum Dashboard for a lot more details, and particularly note that if landing into T5B there is a direct bus service from there, which could get the gate to gate time to below 30 minutes quite easily. Whether you land at T5B is a lottery, but USA to T5 flights at that time of day would be a good bet.
