If it helps, SNAPP does havr many different waiver options when it comes to bags, seats, issuing tickets, rebooking, etc. I honestly don't think DL is trying to limit agent discretion with SNAPP. Ed's outlook on employee-customer relationship is promising IMO: Happy, empowered employees = happy, loyal customers
