The weather on the canaries is O.K., even during Winter .. that's the reason I went there. The weather in France, Italy and Spain should be good too. However, no guaranties!
Actually, I would never go to Southern Tenerife, but this is the only region on this island where you (may) have a beach.
You may find a good number of Brit Hooligans or German Ballermaenner on this part of the island....Beer, Wine, Booz, Sangria is cheap ... got the message?
