The Hertz Mgr's Special seems to be the best deal at this time. Keep in mind though that in most cases you will get a economy car. If you get anything higher consider yourself lucky. Just saying that if you reserve a manager's special and are hoping for a minivan, you're probably going to be disappointed.

We'd recommend booking a non-prepay rate and tracking the rental as rates can often drop as the pickup date approaches.
