My HHonours account is broken! I can only log in if if use the forgot password link, then can never log in again until I repeat that process. Also my last 2 stays at the Conrad Algarve jusr credit "-" points i.e. 0.

I have used the online contact form twice now but there is never a reply. There are no obvious contact details on the site but I appreciate there may be some muppetry on my part.

Ar there any direct email addresses or UK numbers I can use?
