(The following is written from the point of view of nothing having happened on 06/09/2015 and the assumption that you were Blue up until this month).

On 09/04/2016, after your second-ever A3 flight (ATH-SKG, line item 7), you surpassed the 2 A3 sector requirement to reduce your silver threshold from 24,000 to 12,000 tier miles. As, at this time, you had a Tier Mile balance of 18,311 so this is the flight that should have qualified you for Silver.

After this flight, you are marked as ready for upgrade, and your "segments" total is reset to zero, with 12,000 being taken from your tier Mile balance.

You then, notionally at least, begin life as a Silver on 09/04/2016 with a starting Tier Mile balance of 6311 Tier Miles (your balance to date of 18,311 reduced by the 12,000 necessary to get you to silver) and zero A3/OA segments. (In real life, it takes time for your account to update, which explains why the next flights do not have the Silver bonus. If you ring in, they should be able to manually adapt this, so that you get the 10% Award Mile bonus for the subsequent flights).

Continuing onwards, you accumulate a further 2395 Tier Miles thanks to an additional 4 A3 sectors - which is sufficient to drop your Gold threshold from 48,000 Tier Miles to 24,000 Tier Miles.

Adding these 2395 Tier Miles to the balance left over from getting to silver - which was 6311 - means you currently have 8706 Tier Miles from flying. To this, you added 1,000 purchased Tier Miles today. This leaves you with the following at present:

Tier Miles: 9706
Target for Gold: 24000 Tier Miles (thanks to completing 4 A3 sectors)

So: you need 14294 more Tier Miles (that being the reduced target of 24,000 minus your current Tier Mile balance of 9706) to get to Gold. This is exactly what is shown in your account. Everything is as it should be (except for the Silver bonus; however, I do not know if they will add the 10% Award miles for the flights taken in this brief gap between qualifying and actually being made silver. You are only talking about 239 Award Miles. Is it worth it to ring up and ask?
