The Steigenberger EXPRIX located in the south cargo area at the entrance to the US
Rhein-Main Air Force Base is usually a less expensive option than the Steigenberger Airport Hotel or the very expensive Sheraton
Airport Hotel. It has a huge breakfast buffet, a very small bar, pay parking, airport shuttle (approx 5 min) You probably will have better views from rooms at the Steigenberger Airport Hotel since it sits above the airport. If you are not going to spend much time in the hotel, the Sheraton is a lot of money compared to the other two. For that money I would check into what rates you can get at the Kempinski-Gravenbush which is a 5 star hotel located near the airport and sometimes has specials at about 150 euro.
I stayed at the EXPRIX twice in 2002 and will probably be staying there the first week in April this year.
