No upgrade, two free bottles of water in room, mediocre lounge and room - not worth the extra , no restaurant or hot room service food. Good breakfast staff and guys in lounge friendly too. Reception poor and tried to charge me for newspapers I didnt ask for.
Being a Spire Ambassador, I usually get a nice upgrade (from Club Room to a Duplex Suite) when staying there. Agree on the Club Lounge though.
