Sure. You can route it via EWR (787) or IAD (A380) for instance. For a few Euros more you can have both.

The earning models for people in BAEC are very different to those in AAdvantage I guess. BAEC want as many F class flights inside the US. So, depending on your needs, these routes can be optimised.
