Has anyone gone through the missing items from checked luggage with TK before?

Recently took a TK flight that connected through IST, when I arrived the destination I noticed that my suit, pants and jacket were missing from my luggage. After verifying that they were not at my originating point, I filed a claim online. It has been a smooth process so far, received an offer email after 4 days for about 60% of value of good ~$650.

Should I take the money because it is the best offer I am likely to receive or ask for a sum to cover replacement costs?

Would be interested in anyone else's experience as well.
