You can't do it. The only exception would be if you had standalone AA Admirals membership or part of their credit card arrangements, which should get you into AA, but then you'll find it tricky to go to T4. You cannot enter the BA lounge in T3. There is paid-for lounge options for T4.
thanks for the reply. just wondering the reason they would give for denying entry ? would T3 BA,AA or CX lounge not be able to verify my MH flight ticket if it leaves from T4 (another terminal).
Or is there no way to cross over from T3 Arrivals to T3 Departures ? In any case I would need to somehow get to T4 from T3. I understand at Heathrow (airside) these are done by shuttle bus.
EDIT: To clarify, I'm not trying to use the T3 lounge as Arrival Lounges. But will use my MH ticket to enter instead. This is because the MH lounge in T4 only opens 3-4 hours before the flight time.
