Just wondering: Does anyone have experience with viewing the Stasi files of:

a) a family member who's not able to travel to Germany in person and/or
b) a deceased family member?

It seems that there are certain provisions to access the file of a close family members who is deceased, but it doesn't seem clear how difficult that actually is.
