Another tear-jerker from the BA video team! So, ladies and gentlemen, hankies at the ready:


I've been flying this service for 40 years, and I was part of the UK's handover team in 1997, so it's a special route for me.

(And before anyone asks, this isn't the specific tale of one person, however it endeavours to represent the experiences of BA staff on this route).
