It really depends!

I was once due to land at 6am and gave myself 6 hours to switch airlines there. Instead my flight landed an hour early at 5am and I was out of the airport by 6.

I could have made the 8am or 10am flights after all. However at times I've landed at BKK and have queued for 45 mins to an hour plus at immigration.
