I was in Lisbon last year... it is a wonderful city to explore... allow yourself at least 2 days... I was also at the Cascais but found that other than the casino and the hotel swimming pool, there wasn't much else. If you're going to Ibiza, I would suggest checking the fares from Madrid or Barcelona - about a 40 min flight & was very cheap when I took it.
