Tons of non-Michelin dim sum places better than Tim Ho Wan in HKG. Other than chiu chow dumplings and pork buns, everything else is ordinary. Can't help but think Michelin decided to get cute with that one.
I agree completely about THW, OP just seemed to be heading in that direction.
