Anywhere between Innsbruck and Salzburg will have about the same conditions.

Most trails are bulldozed smooth, and the powder junkies go off trail.

Most places will not close until the last weekend in April. The Stubai glacier is open year round. Skied there on the 4th of July, 1988.
