Has anybody had any experience taking a skiing vacation in Alps: France, Switzerland, Austria.

We are (2-3 couples with infants) looking for a chalet, lodge, hotel or B&B for 3-4 days in December 2002. If anybody has any suggestions/recommendations, I would greatly appreciate it.
