Our experiences flying domestically with Sky a few years ago was that despite the plane being older (732) the service level was leagues ahead of LAN's efficient but bare bones approach, despite much cheaper pricing. It may have changed by now, but they even served hot meals and free wine in coach on PMT-USH. I'd cheerfully fly them again.
