I just received my converted WE card #3 this morning, so I'll be applying for a 4th sometime in the next month. I'm still holding out for a mailer, but will use the pre-qualified site as a last resort. I do plan on cancelling all but one card immediately afterwards [if the bonus isn't met], and then waiting 24 months.
