I was thinking about that just this morning. My plan is to apply in the next few weeks using the offer from a Norman* & cancel my existing Plat right after approval.
(*Perhaps it's time for us to start using code words to obfuscate our meaning & protect our methods, a la the grand old fuel-dump thread.)
