Since this is a missing bag on the return flight, BA refuses to reimburse any claim. Had to buy a new shaver. Only after 21 days they are willing to handle a claim.
How difficult can this be, simple flight and 2 weeks not been able to locate a bag. Nightmare indeed!
It surprises me that tracing baggage is so hard. If the label is scanned at each point of the itinerary what's the problem? Maybe they don't always scan the label...
