New to AF forum so apologies for possible newbie question

I am about to buy a domestic one-way to Paris and I am selecting CDG as destination. However, I would like to reserve an option to take earlier flight to ORY in case I can make it in time. Then, I see Basic+ ticket option on AF as modifiable for fee, but the SMART ticket option says itinenary is modifiable too which Basic+ is not.
So the question is that does AF policy allow to change destination from CDG to ORY on rebooking a Basic+ ticket, or do I have to book SMART? (some other airlines allow same-city airport change within ticket, so that's why the question)
