Admittedly, one of AdJ's main qualities was that he was soooo much better than his predecessor. PHG was (i) terrible for passengers (ii) terrible for the company (iii) incompetent. Even the powers that were recognized that and off-loaded him. What does he do these days anyways?
PHG was only a place holder appointed by JCS (his "right arm") to reorganize the holding structure for a future AFKL Chairman and CEO. He was unlucky to have served during several crisis (financial, volcano, Rio crash), but even got condemned last year for communicating false financial information. He did not leave a good impression, to say the least.Never read anything positive about him.
