You need to speak to AA and discuss the situation with it

It may be that the airline has already reabooked and the segments are only showing the old flights since the ticket itself has not been reissued - but need to speak to AA to check

If you have been rebooked on AA to maintain the 1st class, if you insist on staying in business class on CX with no 1st flights in the itierary, I believe you may be liable to having to get a new business class award issued
