Gold can't book first row anymore?
Hello,
I read (some of) the discussion about the exit row issue but am faced with a different one.
For the 4 bookings I've done this week in CE (Geneva and Bari) and First (Beijing and Tokyo) the first row looks fully booked even though the rest of the cabin is empty...so I guess my Gold status is not recognised or doesn't allow any more to book 1st row?
