HBO fares are slightly more awkward out of LGW for AUP. Not impossible, but if you are very interested in an AUP you best pay for the bag since you'll pay for it elsewhere and it's more likely to happen. For LHR and LCY this doesn't apply but their shorthaul AUP are not a priority. They exist but on a much smaller scale than LGW.
