Another vote for Au Pied du Cochon. Reservations highly recommended. Make it for 5:00 p.m. so that you can digest the rich food before bedtime.

and you really shuld try Pied du Couchon and Joe Beef as well.
The concierge at your hotel will be helpful making reservations, be flexible and give them enough time to make it work
