I booked OSL-ZRH-CPH-YYZ-SLC-ORD-FRA-CPH-OSL for £545 in August/September.
It seems to have ticketed properly but I am having trouble selecting seats.
The booking is partly LX (OSL-ZRH operated by Helvetic), AC, UA, LH, SK.
Where do I go to select the seats? I tried on Lufthansa, but it throws an error for anything that is not operated by LH, even though it lets me select seats on the seat map.
Air Canada does not allow me to select seats at all. I am about to try UA.

On the first leg, I cannot actually see availability in the cabin. Should I be worried?
