The No. 1 lounge is just an alternative for CX and AY passengers. I can't think of any sensible reason for anyone from CX or AY to use that lounge when they can use the AA and BA lounges, indeed I'm not sure why they bothered to create the facility with No. 1. But if flying BA or AA you can only use the BA and AA lounges (either), which are considerably better anyway.

Especially since the BA in T3 doesn't seem to be as nice as the one in T5? (First time I fly out of T3)
