Using this old thread to avoid opening a new one.

Who's currently eligable to use the No1 lounge (without pay)? oneworld.com says it can be used instead of the (closed) CX lounge but only shows CX/AY labels. Does it mean it can be used for anyone on a oneworld flight with sapphire status, or just when flying with CX/AY?
