On 2 separate tickets, I would not do it. It is feasible in principle but it is too risky. On arrival you'll have to pass immigration (after having walked 1 or 2 km

) and lines can be very long sometimes, then collect your bags, pass customs (usually no stop, just go through), then you reach the public zone and will have to go upstairs for check-in with Indigo and re-pass immigration and finally go through security.
Any delay of your incoming flight and long lines at immigration and you'll be screwed.
For that kind of separate tickets-connection, schedule a minimum of 3 hrs.
