Called back in tonight to check for offers on my Exec card which I've spent a lot more on (opened Dec, 20kish spend so far). They transferred me to retention and offered a $450 credit for 5k spend each month for three months, or 15k miles for 5k (or maybe it was 3k looking over previous posts?) spend total over 3 months. Took offer one. Definitely going to spend that regardless to get the 10k EQM.
I then asked if there were any offers on my Prestige. He kind of coached me to say I was considering cancelling it and that would allow him to search more offers (I mentioned I wanted one with bonus points at grocery stores). Successfully got the 5x points at grocery/gas/drug stores up to 50k points for 6 months.
Pretty nice call to Citi retentions for 2 cards I just opened in December!!
