Romantic, very good food= Le Club Chasse et Peche
Romantic very off the beaten path (take a cab or UBER) Le Grain de Sel.
Bistro- Au Petite Extra, not super romantic but I love the food.
and you really shuold try Pied du Couchon and Joe Beef as well.
The concierge at your hotel will be helpful making reservations, be flexible and give them enough time to make it work.
