Just want to pass along this issue I had when I booked flights on the iPad app. At check in the TSA pre did not show on my mobile BP. So it turns out that my known traveler number got cut off when I booked. So I had to cancel check in and re-enter it on the itinerary using a PC. Checked back in and mobile BP was updated.
