None of those bundled options matter for upgrade clearance unless they're in full fare Y (and that's unlikely). They're all simply ways to bundle ala carte options into your ticket price.

EXPs clear in order of request, except for EXPs in Full-fare Y (they'll be first, then EXPs on any fare in order of request). After the EXPs, same thing for Platinums. Then Golds.
