Quite a few examples, actually. As an aside, similar results with cheapoair.com, but just today (justfly is on "top" every day for the last few months). The reservation page is almost the same for both these sites, so I suspect they are either the same company or related.

I guess it may be bait and switch, and when I attempt to buy a ticket - these sites may come back and say the price has doubled. But this is just such a consistent behavior.
