.. It really comes down to the Ground handlers, SAS handlers that is in particular.. They are improving, but they seem to fall behind in terms of speediness and quality compared to OSL n ARN.. I know a fellow who work as a handler.. They once had to time Priority bags that come out of the plane to the arrival bag conveyor in a certain amount of minutes.. they are aware of what they are doing in order to provide the customers needs. However sometimes the system either breaks down or are congested by the heavy amount of arrival bags that appear during traffic, which sadly gets mixed up by BY.
