WestJet dollars can be earned on flights booked through Egencia, however looking at three trips between last November and last week the eligible spend for these itineraries was $0.

Looking online there are people complaining on Twitter about not receiving WestJet dollars for their Expedia itineraries either. WestJet's replies on Twitter are inconsistent and vague.

Is this a fare class issue or something else? If it is a fare class issue what fare classes are ineligible for WestJet dollars?

I have been looking at the WestJet Rewards MasterCard so I am scrutinizing this a little more closely.
I have gotten WS dollars from booking through Expedia. I booked a Delta flight that I credited to WS and I eventually received the dollars but it took a while. Nothing was showing up in my account so I had to use the 'missing rewards' request page. I does take a while though. The system made me wait 30 days from day of flight before I could even request it then it only took 5 days to show up in my account.
